Nicole Hasrouni

Nicole is a C-Suite executive with over 15 years’ experience in the property, hospitality and not-for-profit sectors. She is a Chartered Accountant and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She has led teams across the finance, people and culture, IT, risk, governance and compliance, fundraising and legal functions. Most recently, she has been at the forefront of cultural change for one Australia’s oldest charities and has used her leadership skills to influence the strategic direction of the organisation. Nicole is a volunteer mentor for mid-career Chartered Accountants and she provides accounting and finance support to start up not-for-profits.
Nicole has a passion for inclusivity and fostering strong networks to empower individuals to overcome obstacles such as inequity.
